Building Engineer

Job Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes.
- Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests and emergencies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in building engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD software, strong analytical skills, knowledge of building codes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee building systems, ensure compliance, and coordinate maintenance.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with site visits; may involve occasional outdoor work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, excellent communication skills, and teamwork mindset.
