- Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and schedule requirements
- Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design or construction issues
- Ensure that materials and work performed comply with specifications
- Maintain records of site activities, progress, and delays; prepare and submit regular reports
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation and review of project schedules, cost estimates, and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies
- Report any site issues or problems to the Site Manager and Project Manager and assist in resolving them
- Support in the preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred or as required by the project)
- Proven experience in construction or engineering projects
- Knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
