Mandarin Product Manager (onsite here in Makati City Philippines)
PRODUCT MANAGER
崗位職責
1、根據產品戰略、市場調研和產品現狀進行產品的功能規劃，方案設計，項目落地與驗收
2、制定產品版本更新與運營計劃，持續提升產品業績
3、分析產品數據，挖掘用戶需求，持續調整併優化產品
4、負責相關產品，與各部門人員緊密的合作關係，保障產品研發順利進行
5、研究競爭對手的產品迭代方式和內容，發現競爭對手產品發展的步驟和方向，借鑒並優化自身產品
Requirement
任職要求
1、熟悉產品調研與研發流程，有5年以上產品設計操作經驗，能夠根據項目背景提出相應的產品解決方案
2、具有很強的線上產品設計能力，能管控項目順利落地
3、要求極強主觀能動性、責任心，謹慎仔細，邏輯性強，同時亦能夠沉下心來較長時間處理較為簡單的工作需求的毅力
4、能夠快速融入團隊，貫穿部門之間的合作
5、有軟體開發產業和跨產業經驗經歷者優先
6、有創業經驗者優先
7、有全球化 / 跨國產品經驗者優先
