Chiller Technician

Description
- Perform preventive maintenance on all Water Chiller and HVAC units.
- Report any problems encountered regarding the operations of the aircon units to the immediate superior.
- Trouble shoot any problems encountered before, during or after an event.
- Preparation of assessment report for every unit inspected (can be in Tagalog / Taglish).
- Maintain the up-keep of the aircon and chiller units such as the paint job and rust proofing of the units and others
- Ensure the safety of electrical installation of generator, aircon units and others.
- Make certain that cleanliness and orderliness is being implemented in all work areas.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in AC / HVAC repair and maintenance.
- Preferably with NCII
