• Performs quality control tests to ensure that liquors and juices being produced meet quality standards.
• Conduct incoming material inspection and performs potential problem analysis.
• Does routine inspection during bottling operations and studies process capability.
• Perform swabbing tests before bottling of liqueur and juices in the absence of the microbiologist.
• Performs physico-chemical analysis of deionized water, liquor, liqueur, and juices.
• Ensures complete and accurate recording of results of quality control tests to maintain effective monitoring and feedback system.
• Performs microbiological laboratory works in the absence of the microbiologist.
• Prepares all necessary documents of new products for FDA registration.
• Assists in R&D laboratory works.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the QA Manager provided that training has been undergone on such tasks.
• Approves for the release of the final products in the absence of the Quality Assurance Manager.

Qualification

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Licensed Chemist.
• With at least one (1) working experience in laboratory and/or QA functions.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Good Laboratory Procedures and Analysis.
• Proficiency in computer operations and application.
