- Develop new menu items, recipes, and food products
- Test and document recipes with exact procedures
- Ensure all recipes meet safety and sanitation standards
- Control food costs, especially from open market
- Pass food safety, process, and OSH audits
- Conduct yield testing to reduce waste
- Complete and submit OA forms on time
- Customize events menus under SFT supervision
- Create recipes with accurate cost and target percentages
- Act as contingency for R&D Chef
- Train end users on new recipe execution
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years experience as CDP/CHEF.
- Willing to work flexible/early morning schedules
- Must be residing near TAGUIG.
- At least graduate of High School graduate.
- Can Start ASAP.
