Job Requirements:

• At least High School or Vocational graduate
• Experience in Cooking of Chinese Foods / Cuisine
• Willing for stay-in

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes (e.g., stir-fry, dim sum, noodles, soups)
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
• Follow standard recipes and proper portion control
• Prepare ingredients (chopping, marinating, and portioning)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in line with food safety standards
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food service
• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Assist in inventory management and proper storage of supplies
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Rate:

• 25,000/ monthly plus 3,000 meal allowance
