Job Description
- Design and prepare innovative menus for restaurant.
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure high-quality food preparation.
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train new cooks and develop culinary skills within the team.
- Collaborate with management on seasonal menu changes.
- With 5-10 years of kitchen experience
- At least 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef
- With proven ability to lead a team and manage kitchen operations
- With expertise in menu development
- Knowledgeable in costing, inventory and cost control
- Knowledgeable in international cuisine
- With experience in providing excellent guest service and First-Rate culinary experience
- Can work within Quezon City area
