Kitchen Crew | Parañaque City

Salary: PHP 20,000–25,000 / month + 13th Month Pay

We’re hiring a hardworking and dependable Kitchen Crew (Back-of-House) to support daily store operations in Parañaque City. If you’re neat, fast, and take pride in doing things properly, we want you on our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients (toppings, syrups, fruits, desserts/food items if applicable)
• Support bar/front staff by keeping prep ready and organized
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Wash and sanitize utensils, equipment, and work areas
• Assist with basic inventory checks and stock rotation (FIFO)
• Follow SOPs to ensure consistent quality and minimal waste

Requirements

• Experience in a kitchen, bakery, milk tea shop, café, or fast-food BOH is preferred
• Hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Can work efficiently in a busy environment
• Willing to learn and follow standards strictly
• Team player with good attitude and discipline

Salary & Benefits

• PHP 20,000–25,000 / month (based on experience & performance)
• 4–6 days off per month
• Overtime pay provided when applicable
• 13th Month Pay
• Double pay on holidays
