Chef Instructors

Primary Requirements (Priority):

Must hold complete TESDA credentials:

NC II (Cookery / Bread & Pastry Production)

TM 1 (Trainer's Methodology)

NTTC (National TVET Trainer Certificate)

FeLS (Facilitate eLearning Sessions)


Experience:

Prior experience as a culinary instructor or trainer is preferred.

International culinary experience is a major plus!


Traits:

A passion for mentoring, great communication, and strong classroom leadership.


Food and Beverage Services (FBS) Instructors

Primary Requirements (Priority):

Must hold complete TESDA credentials: FBS NC II and TM 1 (Trainer's Methodology)


Experience:

Prior industry experience in food and beverage services (hotels, restaurants, or cruise lines) and coaching/teaching experience.


Housekeeping Instructors

Primary Requirements (Priority):

Must hold complete TESDA credentials: Housekeeping NC II and TM 1 (Trainer's Methodology)

NTTC (National TVET Trainer Certificate)

FeLS (Facilitate eLearning Sessions)


Experience:

Solid background in professional hospitality housekeeping services and instructional experience.


Traits:

A passion for mentoring, great communication, and strong classroom leadership


Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Training: Deliver engaging lectures and conduct hands-on laboratory sessions for:

Culinary & Baking: Cookery, Bread & Pastry Production (BPP), and DQP qualifications.

Hospitality: Food and Beverage Services (FBS) and Housekeeping management.
