We are looking for a passionate and skilled Kitchen Hot Chef to join our fine dining establishment in Tagaytay, Cavite. The ideal candidate will possess a strong culinary background, creativity in menu development, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Role: Kitchen Hot Chef

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's menu.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu creation and special events.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and artistic presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a fine dining environment.
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, methods, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity in developing new recipes and presentations.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
