Inventory and Ordering:

  • Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Place orders for ingredients and kitchen equipment as needed, ensuring availability and cost control.

Staff Training and Development:

  • Train new kitchen staff in cooking techniques, safety protocols, and the proper use of kitchen equipment.
  • Provide ongoing training to improve team performance and technical skills.

Requirements

  • Advanced cooking and food preparation skills.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Comfortable working in a high-temperature
