  • Plan, prepare, and cook meals according to the menu and customer preferences.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to high standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks for smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Innovate new recipes and adjust menus as required.
  • Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Creativity in food presentation and menu development.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen (preferred).
