Description

  • Plan, prepare, and cook meals according to the menu and customer preferences.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to high standards.
  • Oversee kitchen staff and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Innovate new recipes and update the menu periodically.

Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity in food preparation and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen (preferred).
