Description

  • Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with the menu.
  • Ensure high-quality food standards and presentation.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food storage.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Create new recipes and adjust menus based on customer preferences or seasonal ingredients.

Requirements

  • Culinary degree or relevant experience in cooking.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, techniques, and food safety standards.
  • Creativity in menu planning and food presentation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen (preferred).
