Field Checker - Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations Monitoring

• Conduct on-site visits to branches/stores to check compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Verify that staff are properly following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor inventory handling, food quality, safety, and sanitation practices.

2. Employee Attendance & Performance

• Check attendance, punctuality, and proper scheduling of staff.
• Observe employee behavior, customer service, and overall work performance.
• Report non-compliance or disciplinary concerns to management.

3. Uniform & Compliance Check

• Ensure employees are wearing complete uniforms, nameplates, and IDs.
• Verify health certificates, medical clearances, and store permits are updated.

4. Audit & Reporting

• Inspect store records, sales reports, and cash handling procedures for accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies and provide immediate feedback or recommendations.
• Prepare detailed reports after each field check visit.

5. Facility & Equipment Inspection

• Check cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store premises.
• Ensure equipment (POS, freezers, kitchen tools, etc.) are in good working condition.
• Report damages or maintenance needs.

6. Customer Experience Monitoring

• Conduct random service audits (as a “mystery customer”) to check service quality.
• Ensure that food presentation, taste, and service meet company standards.

7. Food Quality & Safety

• Check food quality, taste, and presentation to ensure consistency with company standards.
• Monitor proper food handling, storage, and inventory rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
• Inspect kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Verify accurate portioning and serving of food items.
• Report findings and recommend corrective actions to management.

8. Support to Management

• Relay branch/store concerns to HR, Operations, or Head Office.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with mall management or local authorities when required.
