Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift items
• Keen to details and organized
• Honest, responsible, and hardworking
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge in inventory and documentation
• Good communication skills

Daily Tasks

• Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing items
• Check quantity, quality, and condition of products
• Match items with invoices, receipts, and delivery documents
• Record and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
• Organize and label products properly
• Monitor inventory and stock levels
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors
• Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety standards
• Perform routine stock counting and inventory checks
• Return or isolate defective items for proper handling
