About the Role

Being a Chat Advisor is more than simply chatting with users. You will communicate with different personalities through chat, understand their concerns and perspectives, and provide personalized readings, insights, and engaging conversations.

The role requires you to build trust, maintain meaningful interactions, adapt to different communication styles, and provide a consistent user experience while meeting established performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trust and maintain personalized conversations with users.
• Understand users' concerns, situations, and perspectives.
• Provide readings, insights, and supportive interactions based on the nature of the conversation.
• Adapt communication style and approach to different users.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle user information appropriately.
• Follow established processes, quality standards, and performance expectations.
• Participate in training, coaching, and feedback sessions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience is an advantage but not required; Backgrounds in sales, BPO, customer service, hospitality, or other communication-focused roles are welcome.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant educational background.
• Career shifters with strong communication, interpersonal, or customer-facing skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Good chat and conversation management skills.
• Fast and accurate typing; 50–80 WPM preferred.
• Comfortable using chat platforms and managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and remain results-oriented.

Salary & Performance-Based Earnings

In addition to the guaranteed salary, you may earn through:

Total earnings can reach ₱60,000+, depending on role progression and performance.

Work From Home Setup

• 100% Work From Home
• Structured online work environment

Training Period

Paid training is provided before transitioning into the regular work schedule.

• 9:30 AM–12:30 PM and 1:45 PM–6:45 PM
• 5 days per week / 8 hours per day

Non-Training Period

• 6 working days per week
• 1 rest day of choice
• Shifts are assigned based on operational requirements.
