Job Overview

We're looking for customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Work From Home Chat Support Representatives. In this role, you'll assist customers through live chat by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience—without handling voice calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, and policies.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
• Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least a Senior High School Graduate (or High School Graduate under the old curriculum).
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Good typing speed and computer navigation skills.
• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required for some accounts.
• Able to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
