What you'll be doing

1. Provide real-time support and assistance to customers through live chat
2. Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner
3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to their satisfaction
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and provide feedback to management
5. Stay up-to-date with product/service knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

1. HS/Senior HS Grad; With or without BPO experience
2. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers
3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer needs
4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
5. Familiarity with customer service software and tools
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
7. Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
