Job Summary

The PR and Affiliate Specialist manages influencer partnerships, PR initiatives, and affiliate programs to drive brand awareness and sales. This role focuses on coordinating campaigns, maintaining partner relationships, and tracking performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, manage, and coordinate influencers, affiliates, and brand partners
• Handle PR seeding, affiliate links, codes, and payouts
• Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and partners
• Monitor and report campaign performance and results
• Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are followed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in PR, influencer, or affiliate marketing
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or e-commerce is an advantage
