- Constructing and dismantling concrete forms, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
- Integrating masonry and carpentry skills to build and repair structures like retaining walls, foundations, and formwork.
- Collaborating with other construction professionals to ensure project success.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- High school diploma or college level
- Typically requires completion of a vocational program or apprenticeship in masonry and/or carpentry, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in both masonry and carpentry techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
