Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces and set forms for concrete placement.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and power equipment.
• Smooth, level, and finish concrete surfaces to specified textures.
• Apply curing compounds and sealants to protect finished surfaces.
• Repair and patch existing concrete structures when needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Follow safety protocols and site procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in masonry or concrete finishing.
• At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate with NC II certification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments.
• Can work independently or as part of a team.
