What is your mission?
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be working with our Largest Online Booking Account to deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email. You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.
Requirements :
Who are we looking for?
- No experience is needed for college graduates, while SHS grads must have 1 year of non-BPO experience.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Positive, self-motivated and energetic
- Amenable to work rotating shifts
- Can work in IT Park, Cebu City
