Site: Ayala Cebu Business Park, Cebu City

Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring seamless travel experiences, and promoting travel packages, upgrades, and additional services to enhance each customer’s journey.

Requirement

• High School old curriculum with at least 6 months of BPO experience

• Senior High School graduate with or without experience

• Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects) with at least 6 months of BPO experience

• With excellent written and voice English communication skills

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
