Regular:
- Monitors all building operational equipment and facilities
- Tabulates hourly the heat exchanger temperature and pressure readings
- Monitors and controls the operation of all elevators
- Monitors and controls the building fire alarm system
- Records all significant events monitored at BMS
- Prepares weekly status report
Occasional:
- Replaces CCTV tapes
- Repairs minor work on BMS equipment
Others
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
