Job Summary 

• Observing station personnel in various branches to spot examples of strange behavior and suspicious people as they go through the station 
• Controlling and keeping an eye on all CCTV systems and cameras in the control room
• Confirming that the CCTV systems is operating as intended and that video is properly recorded and saved
• Report any incidents to the immediate head
• Assists in the investigation
• Prepare a summary of daily, weekly, and monthly report
• Recording everything that happens in a precise, readable , and clear written format.
• Reporting any equipment failure to the immediate head
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Daily Tasks

• Ensure all systems (CCTV/GPS) are functioning smoothly
• Review CCTV footage for any suspicious activities and report as needed
• Monitor GPS tracking systems of tank trucks
• Troubleshoot any system issues or escalate technical problems to the maintenance team
• Monitor and check GPS devices of the tank trucks to ensure proper functioning, and tank truck drivers to ensure that they are following the Route/Delivery Point assigned to them.

Security Protocols

• Adhere to security procedures in handling sensitive footage or location data
• Ensure proper use of log-in credentials and confidentiality of data
• Maintain physical and digital logs as required by the company
• Adhere to security procedures in handling sensitive footage or location data

Reportorial: 

Daily 

• Submit the Daily Incident Report ( CCTV and GPS) 

Weekly Reports

        Incident Reporting

•   Record and report any incidents or irregularity captured on CCTV or detected by GPS systems
• Ensure that incident reports are properly documented and saved in the hard drive

        Data Management

• Review and back-up footage as required (daily, weekly, or as needed)
• Ensure that footage storage (physical or cloud-based) is organized and secure

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology or any related field 
• With proven experience in handling GPS tracking, CCTV monitoring, and conducting investigation
• Knows the security procedures and applications
• Proficient in using MS Office 365 (MS Word & MS Excel)
• With good analytical skills
• Willing to assign in a night-shift schedule
