• Monitor multiple CCTV screens and systems simultaneously.
• Identify and report suspicious behavior, security breaches, or safety hazards.
• Maintain a high level of vigilance and attention to detail at all times.
• Record and log incidents accurately in reports and system logs.
• Coordinate with security personnel, law enforcement, or emergency services when necessary.
• Review recorded footage for investigations or incident verification.
• Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and legal regulations related to surveillance.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and footage.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

-Preferably with relevant experience in a similar role or field

-Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance operations

-Basic networking skills and computer literacy

-Strong troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail

-Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

-Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality

-Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
