• Senior High School Graduate or College Level.
• With 1–3 years of CCTV Operator experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Knowledgeable in CCTV surveillance systems and security monitoring.
• Keen attention to detail with good observation and reporting skills.
• Computer literate and willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Trustworthy, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems at all times.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, incidents, and safety concerns.
• Record and maintain accurate CCTV logs and incident reports.
• Coordinate with the Security Team during emergencies and investigations.
• Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and security information.
