About the role
We are seeking an experienced CCTV Technician to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will involve the installation, maintenance and repair of our security camera systems across our retail locations.
What you'll be doing
- Install, configure and test CCTV cameras and related equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any technical issues with our security systems
- Liaise with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed
- Comply with all applicable health, safety and security regulations
What we're looking for
- With experience as CCTV Installer/Technician
- Strong knowledge of CCTV system components, installation and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- TESDA/Vocational graduates are welcome
