Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in the food industry, including food manufacturing, food and beverage (F&B), or food importation and distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience handling cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
