We are seeking VIP Service Team Leaders who will take the lead in delivering exceptional service to high-value guests by combining luxury hospitality with accurate oversight of financial transactions. This role ensures VIP clients receive personalized attention while all arrangements and dealings are conducted with integrity, discretion, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

VIP Hosting Leadership

• Lead the welcoming, escorting, and personalized hospitality of VIP guests.
• Direct coordination of dining, entertainment, transportation, hotel accommodation, Vand exclusive gaming experiences.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Ensure the team maintains current knowledge of casino programs, promotions, and events to provide accurate information.

Transaction Management

• Oversee buy-ins, cash exchanges, and chip transactions with precision and accuracy.
• Supervise cash drawer balancing and ensure accurate transaction records.
• Enforce compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Safeguard confidentiality and integrity in all monetary dealings.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and sustain strong relationships with VIP clients and partner groups.
• Communicate effectively in English, Filipino, and Mandarin to foster trust and engagement.
• Anticipate client needs and lead proactive solutions.
• Ensure professionalism and service excellence are consistently demonstrated across all interactions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in VIP services, guest relations, luxury hospitality, or financial transaction management.
• Strong multilingual communication skills (English, Filipino, and Mandarin highly valued).
• Proven ability to provide team guidance and uphold service standards in luxury hospitality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
