- Handle cashiering duties and manage Point of Sale (POS) system operations.
- Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and annual sales reports.
- Perform general administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and sales floor.
- Maintain accurate hard copies of files and official reports.
- Respond promptly to Head Office and customer inquiries via Viber, mobile phone, and other communication channels.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Promote products, special offers, and promotions to customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Flexible to work in assigned locations (Ortigas and Taguig).
