• Responsible for cashiering and correctly billing all orders of guests.
• Product Knowledge of all food products and services.
• Accomplish the sales and remittance reports.
• In charge of seating and receiving guests.
• In charge of guest inquiries, reservations and take-outs by phone and in person.
• In charge of monthly inventory of deli products.
• Prepares in advance the labels for buffet and reserved table names.
• Coordinates all reservations, functions, buffet requests and take-outs with dining and kitchen supervisors.
• In charge of continuous appropriate music for the dining rooms
• In charge of ordering flowers and other dining supplies.
• In charge of ordering deli products from the Commissary.
• Helps waiters in the table set-up.
• Settles the credit card accounts.
• Divides the accumulated tip.
• Cleans up cashier station and deli chillers.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in any field.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in retail or cashier roles.
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, proficiency in the English language, inventory management, teamwork, public speaking, attention to detail.
• Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, standing for long periods, flexible hours.
