The Store Operations Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store. Duties include assisting customers, taking orders, operating the cash register, processing payments, preparing and serving food products, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company standards and food safety procedures. The role also involves promoting products, handling customer inquiries, and supporting overall store operations to achieve sales and service goals.
