Cashier

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or its equivalent   
• Knowledgeable in operating POS machine and handling credit card transaction is an advantage but not required
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• With pleasing personality, sales driven and with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Undergraduate with cashiering experience in a Retail industry are welcome to apply
• With pleasing interpersonal skills and pleasing personality

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle a variety of tasks to ensure smooth customer transactions and a positive shopping
• experience.
• Accepting cash, credit, debit, and check payments, issuing receipts, and making change accurately.
• Answering questions, providing product information, handling returns and exchanges, and resolving complaints or issues.
• Balancing cash registers, maintaining accurate transaction records, performing cash drops, and reconciling the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Keeping the checkout area clean, organized, and free of clutter, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
