- Transaction Processing: Efficiently scanning products, operating cash registers, and processing payments using various methods.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, assisting with item locations, and resolving complaints politely.
- Cash Handling: Accurately counting money, providing change, and balancing the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts.
- Merchandise Care: Bagging, boxing, or wrapping items for customers.
- Documentation: Issuing receipts, processing refunds/exchanges, and keeping records of daily transactions.
