- Handles guest payments and billing transactions accurately
- Processes cash, credit card, and other payment methods
- Issues official receipts and maintains daily sales records
- Assists guests with billing inquiries and payment concerns
- Coordinates with Front Office and Accounting departments
- Ensures proper cash handling and balancing at the end of shift
- Monitors and records hotel charges such as rooms, food, and other services
- Maintains confidentiality of guest and financial information
- Provides excellent customer service to hotel guests
- Follows hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
