• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Process customer payments through cash, card, and other payment methods.
• Operate the POS system and ensure accurate recording of sales and transactions.
• Handle cash responsibly and maintain accurate cash counts.
• Prepare and issue receipts to customers.
• Keep the cashier station and dining area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Attend to guest requests and concerns and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
• Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance at all times.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a cashier, server, or in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized.
• Willing to undergo training in Greenhills, San Juan.
• Willing to work in SM Nuvali.
