The Cashier is responsible for processing customer payments, preparing Purchase Orders, maintaining accurate sales and cashiering records, and supporting daily branch operations while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Purchase Orders (POs).
• Receive and process customer payments, and issue the necessary receipts.
• Prepare Purchase Orders for delivery.
• Prepare daily sales updates and submit WhatsApp reports.
• Perform system stock inquiries and update inventory information.
• File Purchase Orders and assist in reviewing the Daily Sales Report (DSR) with the Admin.
• Safeguard and deposit daily cash collections into the vault together with the Admin.
• Maintain accurate records of cashiering transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting teams regarding payment and order processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course.
• Experience in cashiering or retail operations is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in cash handling and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Honest, detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
