WHAT OUR DINING STAFF DOES?

We need people who can handle a fast-paced Italian dining floor. You will be trained to do it all:

• SERVICE: Be the face of CIBO. Greet guests and take orders with high energy.
• BAR: Prepare drinks and keep the bar area spotless.
• CASHIERING: Handle payments and receipts. Must be 100% honest and quick with numbers.
• CLEANING: Clear tables and keep the shop "magazine-ready" at all times.

WHO DO WE HIRE?

• PRESENTATION: Pristine personal grooming. You must have a "Stage-Ready" professional look and a great smile.
• ENERGY: Physically fit and fast-moving. We do not hire slow movers.
• COMMUNICATION: You can talk to customers confidently and clearly.
• EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, or any food & service industry related courses is a plus, but not required
• RELIABILITY: Honest, on-time, and zero drama.
