- Accurately process transactions and handle cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking products as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
- Educational Qualifications: College Grad./ Undergraduate
- Experience Level: With experience in a similar role/ POS
- Skills and Competencies: Financial analysis, accounts payable/receivable, data entry, time management, data analysis, and proficiency in English.
- Working Conditions: Mostly in a retail or office environment, may require standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
