Responsibilities:

• Greeting the customer upon arrival in branch
• Facilitating the customer’s transactions in accordance with branch operation's procedures
• Completing all transaction documents correctly
• Compliance with all the requirements related to their role
• Managing cash transactions
• Attending forex currency operations
• Following the instructions of their supervisor and the Branch-in-Charge, or any other members of management, as related to their duties

Qualifications:

• At least 2-year course graduate or Bachelor's Degree holder
• Cebu resident or lives in nearby area
• Preferably with experience in financial institutions or remittance companies
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Manage stressful situations
• Mathematical skills
• Decision making and problem solving skills
• Team player and Flexible
• Can start ASAP
