Job Objective

To provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling cash transactions accurately in a fast paced restaurant environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
• Handle cash, card payments, and issue receipts properly.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well organized.
• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct and timely orders.
• Address customer concerns politely and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies at all times.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or College level in any course.
• With at least 1 year experience as Server, Cashier, or in any food service role.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Honest, reliable, and able to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
