Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with customers to provide outstanding service
• Handle cash transactions and accurately manage POS systems
• Offer menu explanations and recommendations when asked
• Ensure a tidy checkout area and report any discrepancies
• Assist in inventory management and maintain store cleanliness
• Adhere to food safety procedures of Tony Ting Food Concepts Inc.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Balance the cash drawer and generate reports for credit and debit sales

Job Requirements

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate
• Open to fresh graduates or students
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledgeable in customer service and inventory management
• Ability to manage customer and after-sales concerns
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willing to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• With good interpersonal skills and a positive work attitude
