- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
- Recommend and promote products or services based on customer needs.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions including cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper display of products in the store.
- Replenish stocks and ensure shelves are always fully stocked and well-organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stocks or fast-moving items to the store supervisor.
- Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.
- Address customer questions, feedback, or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Perform regular checks to ensure store policies and safety standards are being followed.
- Support periodic inventory counts and other store-related tasks as assigned.
- College Level; a degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is a plus.
- Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented, reliable, and with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of handling cash and POS systems is an advantage.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be physically fit and presentable.
