We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at the point of sale, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

* Greet customers warmly and provide friendly and efficient service.

* Assist customers with product inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly.

* Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Cash Handling:

* Process customer payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.

* Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.

* Follow all cash handling procedures to minimize risk of loss or theft.

Inventory Management:

* Assist with inventory control, including checking for expired products and ensuring adequate stock levels.

* Assist with price changes and markdowns as needed.

Store Operations:

* Assist with light cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.

* Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed.

* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
