A. Branch Operations

● Greet and acknowledge customers at the branch.

○ Offer information about the menu or recommend additional items when appropriate.

○ Ensure to maintain efficient and friendly customer service.

● Process incoming orders through the point-of-sale (POS) system and cash register.

● Handle cash sales collections and give accurate change and receipts to customers.

○ Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift.

● Ensure that all orders are accurately and promptly taken up by the Kitchen Crew.

○ Communicate with the Kitchen Crew to relay special requests or modifications.

● Pack and check outgoing orders. Ensure that the ordered products/items are visually appealing

and packed according to standards before releasing to the customers or riders.

● Ensure that riders accomplish and sign the logbook before handing over the orders.

● Restock take-out condiments, plastic bags and soda cups, as needed.

● Ensure orderliness and cleanliness of the countertop and general working area.

• Follow sanitation and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy working

environment.

● Report customer complaints received to the Branch Team Leader.

● Work effectively with other branch personnel to ensure smooth operations.

B. Reports and Documentation

● Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports.

● Prepare a report or handover notes for the next shift, as applicable.

C. Others

● Recommend improvements for branch operations, as needed.

● Assist with training new employees, as needed.

● Assist in the scheduled monthly general cleaning of the branch.

● Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

● At least High School graduate or College Level

● With experience in customer service and handling financial transactions

● Experience in the food and retail industry is a plus
