Qualifications:

• High school diploma or TESDA Carpentry certificate
• With experience in commercial or residential carpentry
• Knowledgeable to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
• Knowledgeable in using power and hand tools.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Construction & Installation: Builds, fits, and installs structural elements, including framing, walls, roofs, floor joists, staircases, and exterior siding.
• Finish Carpentry: Installs cabinets, trim, molding, doors, windows, and hardware like hinges and locks.
• Layout & Planning: Studies blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine dimensions, materials, and layout required.
• Material Preparation: Measures, shapes, and cuts wood, plywood, steel, and plastics using hand tools and power saws.
• Repair & Maintenance: Repairs, remodels, and replaces damaged, defective, or old wooden structures.
• Safety & Compliance: Adheres to safety regulations, maintains a clean, safe job site, and ensures all construction meets building codes.
