HANDYMAN / CARPENTER

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials
• Knowledge of roofing and leak repair
• With 1–3 years of experience in carpentry or a related construction role
• Able to use basic carpentry and construction tools
• Hardworking, reliable, and willing to work on-site

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry works such as fabrication, installation, and repair of wooden structures, furniture, cabinets, doors, windows, and partitions.
• Conduct general maintenance and repair of company facilities and equipment.
• Repair damaged fixtures, walls, ceilings, flooring, and other building components.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to specifications.
• Install hardware such as locks, hinges, handles, and door closers.
• Perform painting, patching, and minor masonry work as needed.
• Inspect facilities and identify repair and maintenance requirements.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
